Questions clinics ask
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. Nazarban describes how the skin looks in a photo, such as spots, pores, lines and redness. It does not diagnose any disease, and the treatment decision is always up to your specialist. We write this in the client's report too.
Does the client have to install an app or use a VPN?
No. It is a simple link that opens in the browser of any phone. The server is in Iran and works without a VPN.
Our receptionist has no time to learn new software.
The dashboard is a single Persian page: today's call queue, and next to each name a green WhatsApp button that opens a ready message. One 20-minute training session is enough and is part of the setup.
Where do the clients' data and photos stay? Who owns them?
On a server inside Iran. Each clinic sees only its own clients. Consent is taken before every scan, a photo is kept only with the client's own permission, and reports are deleted after 30 days. The client list is yours; if you end the cooperation, we hand it over in full.
What if no leads come?
A link in your bio alone is not enough; that is why we give you a ready publishing kit with your clinic's name: stories, a highlight cover, a QR poster for reception and texts, along with the first-week checklist. On day 30 we look at the numbers together and find the channels that worked better.
How accurate is the result?
Each photo is analysed three separate times and the median result is reported. The camera also warns about light and distance on the spot. Your specialist can record their own opinion so that the gap between the AI and their eye is measured and tuned.
We have appointment software. Does this replace it?
No. Other software manages the clinic; Nazarban fills the clinic. It works alongside your current system, and its job is to turn Instagram followers into in-person clients.
How long does setup take and what do you need from us?
At most 2 working days. Only the clinic name, the reception's WhatsApp number, the Instagram ID, the logo and the name of the receptionist who follows up. We do the rest.
What is a user and how is it counted?
A user is one person who opened the link, entered their name and number, and whose skin report was prepared. If the same person scans again, they are not counted as a new user. Each user is 580,000 toman and the minimum purchase is a package of 100 users (58 million toman). You can see the count in the dashboard at any moment.
How do we pay?
After the demo and a chat on WhatsApp, we send you the payment method. Setup starts after payment for the 100-user package.
